Penultimate
This workshop guides elders through Erik Erikson’s stage of integrity vs. despair, exploring the integration of past and present life events. Through reflection and discussion, participants will consider their legacy and the lasting impact of their experiences.

Masquerade
This hands-on workshop uses artistic expression to counter the “mask” symptom of Parkinson’s. Through exaggerated and creative mask-making, participants explore self-expression, reconnect with emotions, and enhance communication in a fun and supportive environment.

Exploring Emotions with Words and Images
Inspired by The Book of Qualities
(J. Ruth Gendler, Turquoise Mountain Press, 1984), this workshop guides participants in personifying emotions through words and images. By giving character to challenging emotions
like anger, grief and saddness, participants learn to diffuse their power or enhance positive qualities for a healthier life.
